Search is generating a Permission Denied Error message

Hi,

I have the site up and running, however, when I tried to conduct a search, I am getting the following error message:

Warning: error_log(C:\Windows\temp\translate.log): failed to open stream: Permission denied in C:\Host\my Space\blog.haberkotherapy.com\wwwroot\wp-includes\wp-db.php on line 1909

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
