Provide URL Parameter to set destination address

In order to call the routing/directions service at http://map.project-osrm.org/?hl=de from a third party webseite with a destinaton, an URL parameter should be provided which which a target address can be provided (with the source address being possibly empty). The overall goal is to provide a privacy friendly alternative to Google Maps with OSM as basis and OSRM as directions service.
