routes doesn't work in the middle-east regions

I'm trying to use the below API http://router.project-osrm.org/route/v1/driving/31.3025285,30.0544186;31.2972283,30.0638908

If the coordinates are between Middle East countries (KSA, Kuwait, Egypt, etc.), it gives a timeout error, while for the coordinates outside this area, it works normally.

I was encoutering this error since yesterday. It return 504 status code (Timeout)

I was encoutering the same issue in all Africa. It's working for "bike" and "foot" profil, but not for "car".
