Does prividing partial traffic csv, purges old segment speeds?

Hello

I'm using OSRM v5.25 and I'm trying to provide partial traffic CSVs when running customize. At first, I provide a full CSV with all the segment speeds and then provide a CSV with only the segments whose speed has been changed from the last cycle. Does this purge the speed of the segments that are not existing in the new CSV? (In the log it says 90% of speeds are from LUA Profile but it doesn't seem that the speeds are from LUA)
