Describe the solution you'd like Large-scale Robust Deep AUC Maximization: A New Surrogate Loss and Empirical Studies on Medical Image Classification

Could you please implement this loss function? I couldn't do it myself due to my lack of skills, and I thought it would be nice if it could be used in monai as it is related to medical image classification.
