processmaker Task/FOUR-26717: Add chains that are not translating

Issue & Reproduction Steps

Steps to Reproduce:

Change the language of processmaker to Japanese

Current Behavior:

Not all the labels are currently showing in japanese, ex. Cases tab.

Expected Behavior:

All the labels has to be in Japanese

Solution and IMPORTANT NOTES

Most of the strings in the doc shared in the ticket are already translated. The server is outdated
A thorough analysis was performed to identify missing strings in core and across packages
Multiple strings added to the corresponding en.json files
Multiple strings not translated fixed (added $t() and __())
