Fix screen rendering issue with empty nested screen

Solution

• Validate empty nested screens.

How to Test

1. Create a process like in the image. Note the task must be webentry authenticated assigned to the requester
2. Create and assign a screen to the task named “Screen with Nested“
3. Create a new screen named “Empty Nested“, after its creation do not publish it
4. To the “Screen with Nested“ add a nested screen and choose the screen “Empty Nested“ created at step 3
5. Add a submit button and publish the screen
6. Publish the process
7. Run the process
8. Open the web entry
9. The error is reproduced
