FOUR-6963 Update green background color on multi-select selected options

Issue & Reproduction Steps

The white text has poor contrast with the green background for the multi-select .multiselect__tag class. The green background color should be updated.

Solution

• Add CSS class to the app.scss file to add the new styles.

How to Test

• Checkout to the FOUR-6963 branch
• Go to the Dashboard/Request
• The color change will be seen within the basic process name filter/search section.
