Script Executor Refactor - Make SDK optional

Improvement

• In order to speed up the installation process, this PR proposes to move the SDK building into the docker executor logic.

How to Test

Nothing changes, all testing must work exactly the same than the previous version.

A new option was added to the command: --sdk

Usage:
  processmaker:build-script-executor [options] [--] <lang> [<user>]

Arguments:
  lang                  Script executor language
  user                  user waiting for the push notification

Options:
      --rebuild         Rebuild the script executor
      --sdk             Build SDK before to build script executor
  -h, --help            Display this help message
  -q, --quiet           Do not output any message
  -V, --version         Display this application version
      --ansi            Force ANSI output
      --no-ansi         Disable ANSI output
  -n, --no-interaction  Do not ask any interactive question
      --env[=ENV]       The environment the command should run under
  -v|vv|vvv, --verbose  Increase the verbosity of messages: 1 for normal output, 2 for more verbose output and 3 for debug
