README said: Use following link to get token: https://api.put.io/v2/oauth2/authenticate?client_id=1159&response_type=code&redirect_uri=http://profanter.me/putio/node

Does not exist anymore.

Could you please provide sourcecode of the missing page so we can host it ourselves?
