DKIM fail (no key for signature)

• Windows Server Version: Windows Server 2019
• Exchange Version: 2019 CU 13
• Installed DKIM Exchange Version: 3.4

Description

DKIM is not signing messages

Steps to Reproduce

1. install and configure DKIM
2. messages arrived with dkim=fail (no key for signature)

Expected behavior: be able to check/troublooshoot this (I don't know where are the log) messages should be received with dkim=pass

Actual behavior:

1. install and configure DKIM
2. DKIM agent has the last priority
3. no specific transport agent
4. test send message with send-message or telnet
5. messages arrived with dkim=fail (no key for signature)

I hope you will be able to help because I don't see any reason the installation has been done with no issue service already restarted

it still failing I have seen that I have a error message in event log, maybe it is linked ?

Agent 'Exchange DkimSigner' went async but did not call Resume on the new thread, while handling event 'OnCategorizedMessage'

after reinstall the tools, it is works don't know what did happen exactly

I do not understand, some times it is works and some times it is not working. How can I fix this once for all? can someone help me ?
