Let disable quick run anywhere

Why To avoid runs by mistake, let disable all quick runs:

  • quick run button top right
  • inside the upcoming runs

What

  • [ ] disable quick runs in settings
  • [ ] quick runs are disabled anywhere (e.g. not clickable and grey)
