Investigate using CERN's Zenodo site to create DOIs for PreTeXt books

The Zenodo website, which is run by CERN, allows authors to generate their own DOIs for open science publications. It would be useful to leverage this to provide a DOI for a PreTeXt book, as part of docinfo, so that PreTeXt books could be easily referenced.
