HTML ids in "solutions"

We should give HTML ids to certain things so that permids are possible. I noticed this while trying to send a link to a student to the odd answers in APEX, but I wanted to direct them just to the answers for section 7.2.

I should be able to do this when I have time, which is not quite at the present. Hence the issue instead of just doing it.
