Improve plugin update procedure

Since it is not possible to perform plugin update through UI without restarting Jenkins, the procedure described in https://github.com/Praqma/JenkinsAsCodeReference/tree/master/dockerizeit/master doesn't work. Please describe a way to update the plugins and their dependencies.
