Better UI for students temporarily blocked from exam in exam mode

Currently if a student loses access to an exam temporarily due to PrairieTest proctor ending the exam (Zoom problems, washroom, etc.), the screen will eventually switch to an error message that the exam is no longer available. While this message makes sense at the end, once the student's access is restored (exam is re-opened), the screen doesn't update. This can be confusing to students, even though a simple Refresh is enough to see the exam. In essence, losing access causes the page to change automatically, but restoring access doesn't.

Could this page either have a Refresh button or some websocket functionality to refresh it once access is restored?
