When I am typing at the pwsh prompt or moving around in vim or whatever, the cursor flashes in the top left corner of the terminal. In the second column in the top row.

@tgauth - Try to repro and follow up with console team.

I don't see this happening anymore, it must have been the result of some computer surveillance "technology" on my end.

Sorry, I was confused for a few minutes, it is still happening, but only on server 2019, and not when connected to my localhost which is win 11.

@rkitover - after discussing with the console team, this sounds like an issue with ConPTY that was fixed starting with Windows OS build 18275. Windows Server 2019 is build 17763, so that explains why the issue appears on Windows Server 2019, but not Windows 11.
