Set-SPOTenant -AnyoneLinkTrackUsers $True not working

Steps to reproduce

The following does not work for Set-SPOTenant with the latest version installed.
Set-SPOTenant -AnyoneLinkTrackUsers $True

We tested the following which work.
Set-SPOTenant -ShowEveryoneClaim $True Set-SPOTenant -ShowAllUsersClaim $True

Expected behavior

AnyoneLinkTrackUsers : True

Actual behavior

AnyoneLinkTrackUsers : False
