`PSCompletions` module conflicts with `CompletionPredictor`

Prerequisites

• [X] Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest version
• [X] Search the existing issues.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install CompletionPredictor and PSCompletions
2. Import PSCompletions
3. Type psc
4. Press space
5. Press space + tab
6. You will see the completions menu
7. Import CompletionPredictor
8. Do 3-5 again
9. Menu will not be shown, only tab completion will be triggered

Expected behavior

`PSCompletions` menu should be working.

Actual behavior

`PSCompletions` menu is not working.

• Now，PSCompletions (v5.0.5) works well with CompletionPredictor.
• But，the module update confirmation message for PSCompletions will still be displayed multiple times.
