fix(workflows): support input mappings in workflow hog functions

Problem

Hog functions can be used in workflow steps 👍 , but workflows aren't yet rendering mappings / mapping_templates fields for templates that support them 👎

Changes

Adds fullstack support for mappings in the hogflow context
