Budgets / Include economic budget lines breakdown in the data export

Budgets data export files should include the economic budget lines that include a functional budget line. For example see this functional budget line includes a breakdown of economic budget lines in the right side.

Put in different words, economic budget lines do exist in two modes:

• the complete budget line. See gastos de personal
• the versions of this budget line that are part of the different functional budget lines breakdown

This second mode can be differentiated because has an extra attribute functional_code, which is the functional budget line code is part of.

So, the data export file should be amended to include a new column functional_code and include these budget lines rows. Take into account that the id of the budget line should be uniq.

I don't think this is a priority. Firstly I would include the breakdown in the functional item.
