[Enhancements/Feature Request] Download button for the server jar, Being able to rearrange the profile order

1.) server.jar download Sometimes i want to download the server.jar for a specific version and it would be very convenient to have a download button in PolyMC. Maybe it could be visible when selecting a version when creating an instance or when editing the Minecraft version.

2.) Profile order When dealing with multiple profiles i somtimes wish i could rearrange them. At the moment they are only appearing in the order in which they were created. It would be a minor improvement if profiles could be moved up or down in the list.
