Evolving chart tooltips in responsive mode

Currently, an offset is applied in X to the displayed tooltips in the evolving charts, when the screen is smaller than the normal size. It can be explained by the fact that we use a viewbox, and that the mouse event gives us the mouse coordinates without knowing it may have been resized.
