Arch gcc trying to remove gcc-multilib

Referring to GCC is wrong, this should be gcc-multilib on 64bit systems. Arch also has latest versions of everything as default eg python > python3 python2 > python2 this goes for virtualenv as well, the command to run that is virtualenv2
