Request: Favorite Pokemon

Short Description

Set Favorite Pokemon based on pokemon's attribute. More like NicknamePokemon but instead of naming, we pokemon as favorite.

Possible solution

I think we can copy and edit nickname_pokemon.py to do this... the api definition is here

How it would help others

instead of renaming, which is I guess not everyone wanted, because "it is so so bot" kind of thing, this will help us determine which pokemons are the good ones when we're on our mobile devices.
