Missing learned_by_pokemon subresource

Hi, first of all thanks for your work!

I needed the learned_by_pokemon subresource of MoveResource and I wasn't able to get it, so i checked the code and it seems like it's the only missing subresource. Maybe it's a recent addition, anyway can be implemented?
