Egg moves on evolutions

Is It Intended that egg moves aren't shown on evolutions?

Vulpix would show egg moves, but not Ninetales for example

It's kind of Inconvenient or Is there some way to get the egg moves of the first stage In Its evolutions? I didn't want to make an Issue but I have no Idea how to use Slack sorry
