Project Dead?
This project appears to be dead.
- The last commit is over a year ago.
- Issues and even small bugfix PRs have gotten no response.
- I've reached out to the maintainer via email and got no response.
I'm considering forking and maintaining a fork with bugfixes from open PRs but I'll give the maintainer another 30 days to respond first as I don't want to unnecessarily split the community.
I have decided that I will maintain a fork. I've reserved a crate name and am ready to go. I'll publish the info if we don't get a response in 7 more days (or if we get a confirmation of unmaintained status).
And here I am, announcing hard-xml.

This is a fork of strong-xml that was renamed and some bugfixes applied. If you have any open PRs I encourage you to send the patches to the new project. I am open to reviewing patches and issues.
