UNDER MAINTENANCE Pogy is undergoing maintenance. Please check back Later!

Maintenance mode is enabled which means you won't able to access the dashboard

This either means that the bot has been rate limited or is undergoing due maintenance, for rate limits, it's as easy as just simply turning it off, but if under actual maintenance, you have to wait until this maintenance is completed.

You can disable the maintencance mode in the config.json file,

"maintenance": "false"
