Case insensitive proxy tags mess with emoji proxies

If case insensitive proxy tags are enabled, and a member has a proxy tag of <emoji>text where the emoji is something like Ⓜ️ or 🆑, messages that start with the Latin letters in the emoji (m or cl with these examples) will be proxied, and the matching letters will be removed as part of the usual proxy tag trimming.
