Add Sirepo to affiliated pkgs

This adds Sirepo to the affiliated pkgs page.

@bruhwiler In your long description I did had a link to Warp (http://warp.lbl.gov/). Is this correct? If not then I'll remove it.

The Sirepo render looks like....

I apologize for being so slow in responding to this issue.

The URL linking to Warp is correct. Everything looks good to me.
