Add prompt for alternative library option when choosing existing planet options

As we discussed, if the new location is not empty, then possible scenarios including:

  1. Use the data found in the new location
  2. Use the data in the existing location to overwrite
  3. Merge the data found in the existing and the new locations
  4. Cancel, do nothing
