Installing ColorPicker from VS Community Edition freezes the project.

Hello, I am making a small test project and I found this. I attempted to install it through the Nuget manager in VSC, but every single time it freezes the entire project and software and never gets installed.

When clicking the apply button in the "Preview Changes" window, I get a popup error sound, but no popups appear and as mentioned the entire project stops responding.
