Working integration of rebel-router

Hi Denis,

I've merged in your latest changes from your upstream master branch and tested in Chrome and iOS Simulator. I've not done extensive testing but it appears to be working fine.

Remember that you will also need to install [email protected] because the node_modules are not in version control.

This pull request should outline all the changes that I have made, please let me know what you think.
