Decay does drop items
In that sense I think it would be reasonable for now to just say that blocks drop the same items on decay and when broken by hand.
I added shouldDrop because the replacementBlock is customizable image someone would make leaf decay into stone (for some reason). Then each decay would drop a leaf block, but that is usually not what we want.
Ok, now the drops for decay are customizeable.
Except you can't use .auto since the init function of callbacks have no access to their block
I made it random now, at least in x and y, but i kept the push upwards cause i thought i looked good.
