Block breaking texture should only display on the part of the block that has been selected

Steps to Reproduce and Observed Behavior

Right now, when using the chisel, the block breaking texture appears on the entire block, not just the 1/8th of the block that is selected.

We should fix this so that the block breaking texture is only shown on the targeted part of the block.
