Layer Skew Transform

Description Currently, it is only possible to transform a layer uniformly. It would be useful to have the ability to skew a layer by moving its corner points individually - basically, like in every other image or paint program.

Is something like the Perspective tool in GIMP similar to what you're referring to?

I dont know GIMP but i think yes. Its basically that one can drag the points individually like shown in the image.
