Unexpected Sneak Mode behavior

Bug Description When Toggle Sneak is enabled and the player is sneaking when they open the Inventory, the following is what occurs:

Sneak Mode	Actual Behavior	Expected Behavior
Off	Disables sneak when opening inventory, then re-enables upon closing
Maintain	Disables sneak when opening inventory, then re-enables upon closing	Maintains sneak when opening inventory (and when closing)
Pressed	Untoggles sneak when opening inventory, allows toggling with inventory open, re-enables upon closing if uncrouched when closing or disables sneak if enabled while closing	Either restore pre-inventory state or maintain current state when closing inventory (currently inconsistent which seems buggy)
MaintainWhilePressed	Same as Maintain	Same as Maintain but allow toggling

To Reproduce

1. In Controls, set Sneak to Toggle
2. Set Sneak Mode to anything except Off
3. Observe the above behavior

Yeah I'll take a look at this, probably got broken during some refactoring
