Windows appear black

I cloned this project and opened in unity 2021.3.1f1

I deleted everything related to the browser and made isGoodWindow always return true

Now some windows appear black, like the Calculator and UnityHub. Also, some window components appear black. Like the system tray icons or the explorer windows top bar and _ □ X buttons
