Control Wine debug level when running shortcuts

In POLv4, the users has two runs icon: Run and debug.

The debug button prints more logs and help to collect them

It is already possible when running a shortcut, you just have to edit the WINEDEBUG variable in the shortcut editing panel.

From my understanding it was more about having a "run" and a "debug" button. However, @qparis wanted to add a more detailed description anyways.
