[FEAT] synchronize Database only on wifi

Hello,

I would like to have the Option that the database is always loaded from the Cache and not from e.g. Dropbox. I know I can Set this manually but I would like it to be automatically when I am not connected via WiFi. This would preserve mobile data and sometimes the mobile connection isn`t that good. So it takes for ever to load the Database or doesnt work at all.

I would go one step forward, because WIFI via android hotspot could also be a counted connection. The question is, is that a counted connection and then decide to use counted connections or not.

Wouldn't that be handled by setting that android hotspot connection to be metered?

yes, but the question should be "is it metered or not" and not "is it WIFI or Mobile"
