  • [X] I have read the FAQ section, searched the open issues, and still think this is a new bug.

Describe the bug you encountered:

What works: Due to new fingerprints being registeret, the ability to perform fingerprint QuickUnlock has been, as it should. When clicking the exclamation mark next to the QuickUnlock password input field, the expected 'Biometric Unlock' popup window informing me about this fact appears:

What doesn't work: When clicking the 'Enable Sensor' button the prompt closes and nothing happens. Both buttons thus show the same behaviour.

Note that re-enabling fingerprint authentication with different apps worked fine and multiple restarts and unlocks of app and device have been performed.

Describe what you expected to happen:

When clicking 'Enable Sensor' an authentication prompt should appear. After authentication, the QuickUnlock feature using fingerprints should be re-enabled.

I wonder if this is related to issue #2408?
