Error on fingerprint init (quick unlock)

I have the following error on Poco F3 / Android 12, if I try to use fingerprint to unlock:

Before at my xiaomi a1, Android 9, it works like expected.

Have you added a new fingerprint recently? I believe I got this error (or very similar) after I added more fingerprints to the system. The fix was to unlock the database via password, the go into Settings -> Database Settings -> Biometric Unlock, then toggle from enabled to disabled, and back to enabled.

The fingerprints are brand new, as this is a new device. I've tried to deactivate and reactivate but same result.

Now I force the keepass2android app to stop, fulle restart the app, and now it seems to work. Thanks for this suggestion!

I had the same issue since January. And I don't know why but I never came across the idea to disable and enable it again. :laughing:
