Fixes the download header menu from the batch downloader plugin. Instead of showing a table this will correct it with a dropdown display.
Alert boxes are not displayed correctly within the share-form:  To fix it, modify piwigo/themes/bootstrapdefault/template/info_error.tpl and replace the "container" class by a "container-fluid" class.
