Clarify License

Would it possible for you to consider to replacing the License File with the original Apache Software License file ? https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0.txt

The file License in this repository is a bit unclear since it relates to the ASL-2.0 License and the remaining text seems to come from MIT License. Automatic License checks fail to discover how this project is licensed.

One of the issues might be the wording of "no implied CONDITIONS" while the ASL-2.0 has Conditions.
