Slow connection

the connection ist very slow to http://l4bs.slynett.com/vagrant/squeeze64-puppet3.box

can we change this to a official provider, don't know if there is one out there?

It's the only place to find this customize box I've packaged. I'll put it outside my dedicated server ASAP.
