Update slides, add compiler explorer links to `.cpp` files

• checked that every link actually points to what it's supposed to point to and nothing has been moved since creation
• created compiler explorer links for every code example
• linked the mentions of file names in the slides to corresponding compiler explorer link
• added the link to the corresponding compiler explorer to the source files themselves
