When loading the app.antshares.org in Chrome 59, the console displays the error message:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://app.antshares.org/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint 'http://seed8.antshares.org:10332/'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Subsequently, this causes the UI not to update/download newer blocks.
