Cannot connect

I'm running it in docker and it is trying to connect but fails at 5% and then restarts:

[notice] Bootstrapped 5% (conn): Connecting to a relay 
[notice] Tried for 120 seconds to get a connection to [scrubbed]:443. Giving up. (waiting for rendezvous desc)

What can i do about it?

Good question. I just restart and hope for the best.

I also had this error but with 100%.
