Linking artifacts

Feature request! We have a set of artifacts in our build and we'd love to link them in slack notifications. Ideally I could just enter the filepath of the artifact I expect, prepend the artifacts directory link, and add it all to the notification. Thoughts?

@PeteGoo Could you point me in the direction (loosely) on how we can enable this with this plugin? It would be awesome to link to Artifacts that were generated in the build. (E.G. HTML reports from tests that were ran)
